If you are not satisfied with the earphone you purchased or have quality problems, please contact us within 14 days after receiving the product and provide a detailed description of the problem and order information.

 

Returned products must be in original, unused condition and complete with original packaging and accessories.

Shipping costs incurred during the return process will be borne by you, unless there is a quality problem with the product or the return is our responsibility.
